Speedy Grid is owned and operated by Gym Soft LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Triadic Software LLC provides software development, technical maintenance, and related technology services on behalf of Gym Soft LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use the Speedy Grid public website (including www.speedygrid.com and related marketing pages), the Speedy Grid application at app.speedygrid.com, and associated customer-facing services (collectively, the “Services”).
Information entered into Speedy Grid is processed to provide the Services under our Terms of Service. Speedy Grid is designed for facility scheduling operations (equipment, classes, rotations, and staff/coach accounts). It is not designed to store children’s personal information. Customers remain responsible for entering only information they are authorized to provide.
This Policy is intended as a practical description of Speedy Grid’s privacy practices for a U.S.-based SaaS business. It is not a guarantee that every state or sectoral privacy statute applies to Gym Soft LLC in every circumstance.

3. Service Data Ownership and Processing
Schedules, facility configuration, account records, and other information in Speedy Grid (“Service Data”) are owned and controlled by Gym Soft LLC as part of operating the Service. Customers receive access to use that information through their subscriptions. Speedy Grid does not offer a customer data-download or data-export feature.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and lawful authority to provide any personal information they enter (for example, coach or staff emails) and agree not to enter children’s personal information.
Account and access requests for a facility’s Speedy Grid workspace are generally handled through that facility’s administrators. Gym Soft LLC may retain Service Data for as long as it determines is appropriate for business, security, backup, dispute-resolution, tax, or legal purposes.
4. Service Providers
We share information with service providers that help us operate Speedy Grid, under contractual or operational confidentiality obligations appropriate to the service. Categories include:
- Triadic Software LLC — software development, technical maintenance, and related technology services on behalf of Gym Soft LLC; Triadic may access Service Data when necessary to build, maintain, support, or secure the Services
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email and form delivery providers used for website and transactional messages
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics — website analytics on Speedy Grid marketing properties
- Customer support and security tooling, when used
- Backup and disaster-recovery providers
Verified product integrations that customers may connect for class import include Amilia, Jackrabbit, and iClass Pro. Those providers process information under their own terms when you authorize an integration.
We do not list every subprocessors’ legal name here where the specific vendor may change; Gym Soft LLC can provide current vendor details upon reasonable request for legitimate diligence purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on the marketing website and application.
- Essential / authentication cookies — required for security, sessions, load balancing, consent storage, and core functionality
- Preference cookies — remember choices such as cookie-consent preferences (for example, the Speedy Grid marketing site stores an
sg_cookie_consentchoice for Accept All or Essentials Only) - Analytics cookies — Speedy Grid marketing properties use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the website. Google may set cookies such as
_gaand related identifiers. See Google’s privacy documentation for details on how Google processes analytics data.
On the Speedy Grid marketing site, visitors may choose Accept All or Essentials Only through the cookie banner. Choosing Essentials Only is intended to limit optional analytics where our implementation supports that choice. Browser settings can also block cookies, which may limit some features.
6. How We Share Information
We disclose personal information:
- To service providers as described above (including Stripe and Google Analytics)
- To other authorized users within a customer’s organization, as configured by that customer
- To comply with law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
- With your direction or consent
We do not sell personal information for money. Google Analytics may collect usage information that Google uses under its own terms; depending on configuration and applicable state law, some analytics activity can be treated as a “share” for advertising-measurement purposes. You can use Google’s ads settings and browser controls, and our cookie banner Essentials Only option where available, to limit optional analytics.
7. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit to our websites and applications, access controls for administrative systems, role-based access within customer accounts, and routine monitoring and backups as implemented for the Services.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not claim absolute security, and we do not claim SOC, ISO, PCI, or similar certifications in this Policy unless Gym Soft LLC separately confirms and authorizes that disclosure.
8. Retention and Deletion
Gym Soft LLC retains Service Data and related personal information for as long as it determines is appropriate for operating Speedy Grid, security, backups, disputes, taxes, accounting, and legal compliance. There is no fixed public deletion timetable, and Speedy Grid does not provide a customer data-export or download feature.
- Active accounts — Service Data is available while the subscription/account remains active
- After cancellation or termination — access generally ends when the paid term ends or the account is closed; we may continue to retain Service Data afterward for as long as we choose for the purposes above
- Backups — information may remain in backup systems after it is removed from live systems
- Billing records — retained as needed for financial and legal purposes
- Website form and support records — retained as needed to respond to inquiries and operate the business
9. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether Gym Soft LLC is covered by a particular state privacy law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information we control, to opt out of certain analytics or advertising-related processing where applicable, to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and to appeal a denied request where required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
Because Speedy Grid does not offer customer data export, portability requests may be limited to information Gym Soft LLC can reasonably provide outside a product export feature (for example, account contact details), subject to verification and applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, email sales@gymsoftllc.com or sales@speedygrid.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
10. Children’s Information
Speedy Grid is a business software platform marketed to gym owners and facility operators, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the product is not designed to store children’s personal information.
Customers agree not to enter children’s names, contact details, or other children’s personal information into Speedy Grid. If we learn that such information was submitted, we will take reasonable steps to remove it as appropriate under applicable law, including COPPA where it applies. Customers remain responsible for complying with their own legal obligations regarding any information they choose to enter.
11. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and take appropriate remedial steps. Where notice to customers or individuals is required by applicable law or contract, Gym Soft LLC will provide notice consistent with those obligations. We do not promise a fixed public response-time guarantee in this Policy beyond what law or contract requires.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and products (including class-management platforms and payment gateways). Those services are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
13. International Visitors
Speedy Grid is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) when required or appropriate.
